On Nick's boat, Bill pleaded for Katie to come home with him. Steffy watched through the window, devastated. Inside, Katie told Bill that she needs more time and reamed him out for punching Nick. She demanded that he get his anger under control and explained that she needed to work things out on her own. A dejected Bill left. Once outside, Steffy chased after him.... Nick held ice to his cheek and questioned Katie about her marriage. She wasn't eager to open up, but thanked Nick for his support. "I'll take a punch for you like a good ex-boyfriend should," he cracked.
At the Malibu house, Amber continued her seduction of Liam, but he pulled away. "We hardly know each other and Hope and I just broke up," he argued. Amber stated that she wants to know everything about the father of her baby. "I hate the situation," he sighed. "It's too late to change it now," Amber shrugged. She offered to leave town with the baby, but he wanted to be a good father. Amber noted that they need to come together for their baby's sake. Liam apologized for hurting her; Amber argued that they won't be able to show their child a loving family if they can't be close. "Touch me," she pleaded, running her hands along his chest. He kept moving his head as if to avoid kissing her, but she continued to embrace him. Liam eventually gave in and kissed her. They moved to the couch and she crawled on top of him.
At Forrester Creations, Thomas showed Brooke his designs for the Taboo women's line. Brooke believed that Ridge would like them. Ridge entered his office and Thomas asked if he wanted to see his sketches. Ridge liked them, but wanted to see them on the models. Three ladies entered wearing the gowns. Brooke was impressed as Thomas explained how functional his dresses are. Ridge stated that the designs are good, but not good enough. Thomas was furious and accused his dad of punishing him for kissing Brooke. Ridge insisted that it was strictly a business decision. Thomas couldn't believe that his own father would shut him down. Brooke later told Thomas that she believes in him. Thomas stroked her cheek affectionately; Brooke reminded him that they have to be careful of Ridge's feelings. Thomas smiled and stared at her as she got to work.
Bill went home and poured himself a drink. Steffy followed him to the beach house. "What are you doing here?" he growled. "What do you think?" she cooed, but he wasn't interested. He called Katie and insisted that he's the same man she'd married. He refused to give up on their marriage. Steffy listened from the other room as he declared his love for his wife.

Brooke discussed the Taboo line with Thomas, but his mind was elsewhere. "I was thinking about you," he admitted. "I'm attracted to you, but I know there's a line that can't be crossed. I do understand that." "You have to," she replied. He promised that he wouldn't do anything. Still, he wished that Ridge saw him as more than just a Forrester Creations employee. Thomas then showed Brooke his "showstopper" gown, which was a red, satin, off-the-shoulder dress with a big sash. Brooke reminded him that Ridge had nixed the women's line, but Thomas wasn't fazed and asked her to try on the dress. Brooke wasn't sure, but Thomas stated that he designed the dress for a woman who doesn't follow the rules. Brooke gave in and put in on. Though she was behind a screen, Thomas watched her feet as she changed. Of course, she couldn't get the back, so Thomas zipped it up. Thomas stared, liking what he saw. Brooke also liked the gown and praised his talents.
At the Malibu house, Amber and Liam began to get passionate on her couch. Well, in reality, she kept kissing him and he looked like he'd rather be anywhere else. Liam asked her to stop, but she refused, saying that them being together was "the most natural thing in the world." "Just let it happen," she cooed. He did ... And literally five seconds later, the scene cut to them being naked on the couch. Amber continued to go on about how great they were together, while Liam just stared up at the ceiling, stunned.
Hope stopped by Oliver's, hoping that she could get her mind off of Liam. Ollie suggested that they start by ordering in pizza. Hope lamented that she's been betrayed by everyone she's trusted, including Oliver and her mom. Ollie regretted it and wished he could make her feel better. He assured her that he's there for her and she was grateful for his friendship. After, Hope pensively stared out the window and Oliver reminded her that Liam has moved on. "It still doesn't seem real," she sighed. Ollie advised her to move on, as well — with him, naturally. Later, Amber called Ollie to tell him about her night with Liam and encouraged him to make his move on Hope. After, Hope asked what the call was about. He tried to evade the question, but Hope pressed him and realized that Liam had slept with Amber. "She seduced him!" Hope cried. Oliver didn't deny it. Hope called Liam and asked if it was true. When he stammered out an answer, she knew that it was. Hope sobbed as she thought of happier times with Liam. Liam just looked numb as the thought about Hope and his evening with Amber.

At Oliver's place, Hope continued to cry about Liam sleeping with a pregnant Amber. Meanwhile, Tawny visited Amber at the Malibu house and went on a rant about Carl. Amber just grinned at her. "We did it!" she finally announced. Tawny was thrilled to hear that Amber and Liam had slept together. She wanted all the details, but Amber wanted to keep some things to herself. Amber was sure that she and Liam had a future and admitted that she was developing real feelings for him. Tawny was more excited over the idea of Amber joining the wealthy Spencer family.
Liam went to Oliver's, but Hope didn't want to speak with him. He stated that he doesn't love Amber and called their liaison a mistake. "I regret it," Liam said and pleaded for Hope's forgiveness. "I want to marry you. I will not let Amber's pregnancy get in the way," he declared, kissing her. Turns out that this was just Hope's fantasy, which Ollie interrupted. Hope sighed that she's not meant to be loved, but Oliver insisted that this had nothing to do with her. She broke down in Oliver's arms as she tried to make sense of Liam's actions. "Maybe it happened for a reason; to bring you closer to me," Ollie reasoned. He had Hope close her eyes, then turned on their song. She tried to relax as he leaned in and kissed her. He then removed his shirt and kissed her more passionately — and began to unbutton her shirt. However, she pulled back and decided to not go all the way. Oliver understood and was willing to be patient.
In reality (and not Hope's daydream), Liam returned to the Malibu house after taking a walk to clear his head. Tawny left so he could be alone with Amber. Amber offered to make him something to eat, but he quietly mumbled that he wasn't hungry. She then offered to give him a massage, but he turned her down. He very honestly let her know that he's not in love with her, but she wasn't fazed and was sure that he'd fall for her eventually. Amber added that she's not going to pressure him and thanked him for being with her. After he left, Amber got a dreamy look on her face as she thought about their night together. Tawny returned and Amber explained to her mom that her relationship with Liam wasn't about sex. Tawny encouraged her to go after him, but Amber wanted more than that: she wanted Liam's love and was going to pursue him in her own way.
Later, Liam went to Oliver's for real and banged loudly on the door. Liam demanded to talk to Hope, but Oliver refused to let him and told him to go back to Amber. Liam spied Hope and Ollie half-dressed and stormed out. "You hurt me tonight!" Hope called after him. "What you did with Amber — why would you do that to me?" Liam's eyes filled with tears as he realized what he'd lost.

At Forrester Creations, Oliver told Steffy that he'd spent the night with Hope. She was intrigued and encouraged him to be there for her. Ollie added that Liam had had sex with Amber. Steffy found this hard to believe, but Oliver called Amber a master of seduction, noting that Liam takes fatherhood seriously. Steffy said that she almost felt sorry for Hope and warned Oliver that Hope might not be able to get over Liam. Oliver was determined to get a second chance with Hope. Steffy approved and stated that Hope would have to be a fool to not snatch him up.
Meanwhile, Hope filled in Brooke on her evening, while Liam lamented to Bill that he'd messed things ups. He shared how Oliver and Hope had obviously been in the middle of something when he stopped by; still, Liam vowed to fight for her. Bill told him not to blame himself, but Liam didn't want to walk out on his kid. Bill was shocked when Liam admitted that he'd slept with Amber.... Brooke noted that Liam would be spending more time with Amber since she's having his child. Hope cried that she couldn't imagine a life without Liam.
At the Malibu house, Tawny encouraged Amber to keep Liam interested — and to make sure that they get married. Amber wasn't sure if he could get over Hope; Tawny replied that it would be easier if Hope got over him and moved on with Oliver. Later, Amber headed to FC to see Oliver.
Liam showed Bill the photo of the ultrasound, but Bill wasn't moved by it. Instead, the photo made him angry. Liam asked why Bill put Amber up at the Malibu house. Bill didn't answer and ranted about how Amber had almost killed him. He then told Liam that Katie moved out and that he's too intense for her. Liam didn't buy it and urged his father to not give up on fixing his marriage. Bill thanked him for the advice, then gave Liam some of his own: fight for Hope. "And I will fight for Katie. They're both worth it," Bill stated, pulling his son into a hug. Aww...
Hope opened her laptop and sobbed as she went through photos of herself and Liam.... Amber found Ollie and quizzed him about his night with Hope. He led her to believe that they'd gone all the way and Amber was thrilled. She was sure that Hope and Liam were finally over.... Liam paid Hope a visit; they kissed as soon as she opened the door.

Liam and Hope kissed. She pulled away and said that they couldn't do this, but he stated that he belongs with Hope. Hope informed him that she and Oliver didn't have sex, but wanted to know how Liam was able to sleep with Amber. "I can't really explain it. I messed up," was his answer. "It should've been your baby," Liam sighed and kissed her again.
Amber wanted details of Oliver and Hope's night together and was disappointed when he admitted that they hadn't gone all the way. Amber implored him to "seal the deal" and almost slipped that this had been her first time with Liam. Ollie told her that Liam went to find Hope and belives that Oliver and Hope went all the way. Amber was pleased to hear this and believed that she'd get Liam and Oliver would get Hope. Ollie didn't want to push Hope into being with him and was willing to be patient. Later, Oliver went to Hope's and found her kissing Liam. Hope asked Liam to leave and Ollie told him to get out; Hope said she can speak for herself. She then gently implored Liam to stay away and to accept his life with Amber and their baby. They kissed again and Liam whispered, "I will always love you," before leaving. Hope broke down in Ollie's arms.
Steffy stared at a picture of Bill online. Thomas interrupted and asked how things were going with her and Bill. He added that Bill is wrong for Steffy.
Katie stopped by Bill's office and kissed her husband. He told her that he wants to fix their marriage and asked her to come home. He admitted that he overreacted by punching Nick and said that he was willing to do whatever it takes to win back her trust. However, he became angry as he relayed how Liam had slept with Amber. Katie demanded that he see a shrink to deal with his anger issues. Bill refused. Katie said that she couldn't go home with him unless he agreed to see someone, and left his office in tears. Steffy, wearing a trench coat, was waiting in the hallway and entered Bill's office as soon as Katie left. Bill asked her to leave, but she made herself at home and removed her coat. Of course, she was wearing nothing but lingerie. She put her hands all over Bill and cooed that she wants a man -- and then declared her love for him.
