Monday
Nick found a depressed Taylor staring into an empty cradle. "I can't feel a
connection to the baby and I'm getting scared," she sobbed. Nick tried to
comfort his wife, but she went into the shower. Later, she was surprised
when
Nick showed up with Jack in his arms. "Do you want to hold him?" Nick asked
and passed the baby to a reticent Taylor, who soon became enthralled with
her son.
Brooke told Eric that she and Ridge reunited after he broke up with
Ashley. Brooke added that Ashley is a huge asset to the company, saying she
will try very hard to get along with her. Brooke let on that she knows about
Eric and Donna's relationship and asked if it was for real. "I'm
completely charmed by your sister," praised Eric. Donna showed up and she
gushed that she was "hopelessly in love" with Eric. Brooke remained
skeptical and when Eric was called out of the office, Donna said that he
needed to file for divorce as soon as possible. When Brooke cautioned to
slow down, Donna was surprised by her sister's laid-back attitude toward
Stephanie. "We got her against the ropes," Donna declared to an alarmed
Brooke. "Let's knock her out." (Yikes. I guess we're through with Nick's
nautical metaphors.)
Although she wasn't allowed on the premises of Forrester Creations,
Stephanie sneaked in to visit Felicia. Steph blamed herself for her marriage
woes but Felicia reminded that Eric has made his share of mistakes.
Stephanie then found Donna alone in Eric's office so Ms. Logan called
security. Steph made a snarky comment and Donna sneered that La Forrester
was looking down at her just because she's a Logan. "There are so many good
reasons to look down on you," chuckled Stephanie and shuffled out. A furious
Donna then called Nick and asked him to meet her right away. When they got
together, Donna told Nick, "The person responsible for Brooke's rape was
Stephanie." Meanwhile, Brooke was upset to find Stephanie at Forrester
Creations.
Tuesday
"Just go!" Brooke ordered an intruding Stephanie, who insisted on helping
Brooke feel better. However, Brooke was further peeved when Stephanie asked
for her opinion about Donna and Eric. Brooke said she believed the
relationship was genuine, which irked Steph immensely. "You girls have the
morals of an alley cat," spat La Forrester. Brooke threatened to publicly
expose Stephanie's role in the rape if she didn't leave Donna alone.
At Brooke's house, Nick reasoned that Donna was trying to become the next
Mrs. Eric Forrester by lying that Stephanie was responsible for Brooke's
rape. Donna insisted it was the truth, but Nick wondered why no one else has
gone after Stephanie. "Nobody stands up to her," Donna exclaimed. After she
left, Nick started to seethe. Brooke then showed up and Nick asked if it was
true about her rape and Stephanie. Brooke confirmed it and Nick angrily
vowed to make Stephanie pay. Brooke stopped him from storming away and
begged him to, "just be here for me." Nick nodded and they embraced.
Clarke welcomed Jackie as she moved into the Spectra office. Clarke was
surprised when two hunks delivered a bathtub and reminded his new boss that
she had a press conference scheduled. He advised her to get the tub out of
the way before the reporters showed up. Jackie teased that the fixture was
"part of my master plan." When the journalists showed up later, they (and
Clarke) were shocked when a naked Jackie held her press conference from a
bubble-filled bathtub. She announced herself as the new owner of Spectra and
that her new line M would be "magnificent."
Stephanie confronted Donna once again and predicted that Ms. Logan would be
out of Eric's life before the fashion show. Donna called her rival
"delusional" and said she would be the one on Eric's arm at the fashion
show.
Wednesday
Brooke urged Nick not to confront Stephanie. "It's over Nick," she insisted and Nick disagreed. Brooke pointed out that she and Ridge are closer than ever — despite Stephanie's machinations, then urged Nick to forget La
Forrester. He said he just needs to see for himself that Stephanie is
remorseful and that he would leave her alone after that. "Are you sure?"
Brooke asked and Nick assured her that's all he wanted.... Yeah, right.
"I can't remember when I was this excited about a fashion show," Eric
enthused to Thorne and Felicia. They hoped Dad wasn't going to include
Donna, which angered Eric. He declared that there would be no fashion show
if it wasn't for Donna. Thorne suggested that at the end of the show, Eric
bring Stephanie up on the stage. Eric reminded his kids that Stephanie is
out of the company. "How can you not see what Donna is doing for me?" Eric
posed. "If you can't see how wonderful it is to have a father who is his own
man, then we don't have anything to talk about." Felicia warned Eric not to
bring Donna up on the runway or else the world won't be talking about his
designs. "Please don't rush into anything, Daddy," begged Felicia.
Stephanie told Donna that Eric would never jeopardize his reputation by
parading Donna down the runway on his arm. "He's not coming back to you
Stephanie," hissed Donna. Stephanie just grinned and walked out. When
Donna returned home, Brooke reamed her sister for blabbing to Nick. "You had
no right," Brooke charged — Donna said that Stephanie needs to pay. Brooke
demanded that Donna leave her out of her vendetta. Once Brooke was out of
the room, Donna called her dad and asked him to come to L.A to help Brooke.
"I'll be there as soon as I can," agreed Stephen.
Stephanie entered her hotel room to find Nick waiting for her. When she
asked how Nick got into her room, he grinned, "I found your key under the
flower pot." Realizing that Nick knew about Brooke's rape, Stephanie ordered
him to get out. Before leaving, Nick warned, "If you ever hurt Broke again,
I'll kill you."
Thursday
In Eric's office, Donna gave him a pep talk about the fashion show. She
joked about what a psychic once said Donna had done in a previous life, which
was vaguely related to fashion.
At home, Brooke flashed back to telling Nick about how Stephanie had sent a
man to attack her, and how angry Nick had been. Katie came downstairs and
Brooke snapped out of her daydream. Brooke admitted that she is staying
home to avoid Stephanie and Donna, who'd blabbed to Nick. Katie didn't
understand why her sister was letting Stephanie off the hook. Soon, Stephen
Logan arrived and said that Donna had called him. Brooke told him that she
doesn't need him. Stephen demanded to know what happened to her.
Nick asked Eric why Stephanie was still around the office. Felicia defended
her mom. Nick demanded that Eric make the office safe for Brooke. He warned
Eric that if Eric doesn't get rid of Steph, he'll take drastic measures.
Felicia told Eric that she disapproves of his relationship with Donna; he
replied that he's enjoying himself with her ... and that he's just a simple
guy. "Did you have to fall for the first set of implants that bounced into
your path?" she asked. HA!
Donna went to see Brooke and Brooke reamed Donna out for telling Nick about Brooke's
rape. Katie tried to break up the argument but understood why Brooke is so
upset. Donna thought that Brooke should tell Stephen what happened. She
warned Brooke that if she doesn't hold Stephanie accountable, Stephanie will
keep hurting her. Donna also pointed out that the Forresters keep coming out
on top because they act as a family unit, albeit a dysfunctional one.
"There's safety in numbers," she stated. After, Brooke gave in and told
Stephen the truth about getting raped. Stephen was understandably horrified
and furious when he learned that Stephanie was involved.
Friday
Brooke tried to downplay Stephanie's involvement in her rape, but Donna
filled in the blanks. Brooke reluctantly confirmed the gory details for her
dad. "Are you satisfied, Donna?" a peeved Brooke asked, then told everybody
in the room to "leave the past in the past." Donna fueled her dad's anger by
recounting how Steph fed personal info to Andy. Donna urged Stephen to
"stand up to Stephanie." Katie sided with Brooke to back off. Brooke
demanded that Donna and Stephen keep her out of their vendetta. Donna
softened and offered to give her pop a ride to his hotel. Once father and
daughter were alone, Donna announced she had a plan. Meanwhile, Brooke
fretted to Katie that their father would go after La Forrester. Katie was
surprised when Brooke opined that Donna and Eric "seem to click."
Knowing Nick was on a rampage, Eric checked on Stephanie, who was touched by
her estranged hubby's concern. Steph assured that Nick's visit didn't scare
her, then revealed that she knew Eric was going to choose who he wanted to
spend his life with at the fashion show. "If I could go back and change
things, I would," she said (hook that woman up to a lie detector). Eric took
his wife into his arms for a comforting embrace.
Donna tracked down Eric at Forrester Creations and tried to make out with
him but could tell he was troubled. Eric admitted that he was worried about
Nick trying to dole out vigilante justice. Eric was upset when Donna
confessed that she was the one who enlightened Marone. Eric continued to be
unhappy when he learned that Stephen was in town. "Stephanie is going to
have a lot of people to answer to," pointed out Mistress Logan.
Room service arrived at Stephanie's suite with a delivery from a secret
admirer. She happily thought it was from Eric until she uncovered a dead
bird. A rattled Stephanie then opened her door to Stephen, who raged at her
for Brooke's rape. He then cornered Steph on the balcony. "I think your day
of reckoning is here," he sneered and she challenged him to push her off.
