I am having a real hard time with Ana and Tyra. They are getting tons of airtime but I just can't warm up to them. I think they intend Neil and Tyra hook up but they don't have any chemistry. I am very sick of listening to Ana sing. Yes, she has a beautiful voice but that is not what I want to watch/listen to on my soap. I know we need more black families on soaps and I think a black date for Lily would be nice but Ana and Tyra are just not making it for me.
I can't stand Ana everytime I turn it on it seems she is there singing. It is getting old and I am happy she is going to New Hampshire. I hope when and if she comes back she'll be an adult.
Don't like them either. Ana makes so many faces, it's totally distracting from the dialogue. She's hamming it up constantly. Why doesn't the director make her aware of this? I do like Devon and don't feel this story is doing him any favors.
I'm so happy that other viewers feel the way I do. Tyra and Ana, boring, can't stand Ana's singing, plus the acting is horrible. Y&R always has a large percentage of blacks, regardless of their acting abilities. I think these 2 have been written off according to yesterday's episode. Hopefully they are, and not just moving to another apartment. Also, Devon, bet he gets together with Lily, another "boring couple". I always wonder why he has a southern accent when he's supposed to be from the midwest?
I agree Tyra & Anna need to go!!! Neil went to the trouble to go to New York to bring Karen back, by the way (whom he was suppose to be in love with and missed so much) maybe he's just a fickle man, HUH? I think he and Karen should be the couple not Tyra, there's more chemistry there. Why is every one trying to put him with a black woman? Bring another black family into Genoa City if you just need more blacks there.

I have to agree, I forward the dvr whenever they are on screen. I am not tuning in everyday to watch a little girl sing with her "cousin/brother" who I equally cannot warm up to. I like Neil and Karen together. There is enough business drama at Newman to have turmoil without bringing in a dry dayplayer. Let Ana go to school, take Devon with her, and let Lily find someone who can make her worth watching. Justy my view on it
