Annie is a pale imitation of Janet. Janet had some heart and vunerablility, Annie has neither of those qualities.
I understand your liking the charcater but just because the actress is doing a decent job is not a reason to keep this character that has committed murder. We have one felon too many on AMC, Greenlee, the kidnapper being the other. Annie needs to either die or go to Oakhaven.

ITA..... MCE is doing a good job, but Pratt is calling Annie's desperate, but she's not coming off as desperate, she's coming off as Crazy...with no desperation..

I'm sick of characters getting away with their crimes.... Greenlee & Ryal are the biggest examples of how not to redeem a character... Add Tad to that list.

Greens terrorized a pregnant woman, kidnapped her son, almost killed both her kids, stalked her and was rewarded... Her victim paid, not her... and the character of Greenlee has never been able to overcome that.

Ryan abuses every woman he's with, yet he's the all-knowing, sainted Ryan whose victims must worship at his feet..

Tad murdered Madden, yet he looks down his hypocritical Martin nose at everyone else..

Adam, Erica, Kendall, Zach are the only ones I've seen pay for their mistakes and the mistakes of others..

Annie didn't murder Ritchie because he hurt her friends.... She didn't murder him because he was a physical threat to her or Emma, she murdered him to keep his mouth shut about her misdeeds..

She's attempted to murder Greenlee, which I cheered, but she still attempted to murder her twice. Had visions of murdering Kendall, lied, manipulated, and is the worst mother in daytime right now, but she will not pay for her crimes.

One of the biggest problems with AMC is they use the victims to attempt to redeem characters they've taken too far..

Annie needs to go, so does Greens and Ryan...

MCE might be doing a good job, but not if we are supposed to see Annie as desperate and not completely over the top crazy....and that is what I see..

There needs to be some accountability for crimes... That is what makes me root for a character..... Not whitewash, not rewriting, and not watching their victims pay for what they did...

Until I see her pay, I want to see her gone..
