Maybe I missed an episode or two (maybe 12), but when did LooLoo become so anti-everything. I know she's smarting over the whole "Kate throwing Johnny and Maxie together" thing, but she seems worse lately. She shrieks, whines (worse then normal) and is just not acting like the strong offspring of Laura. She's acting more like a shrew.

Did I miss something or is it me just finally seeing LooLoo for who she is?

She's just a selfish brat, always have been. One would find it hard to believe she came from Luke & Laura

Both Lulu & Lucky are whiners. Somewhere between Jonathan Jackson & Greg Vaughn, Lucky became a whiner. He used to be able to take anything life threw at him & keep his dignity. Greg's doing a great job. It's not him. It's Lucky. And, Lulu, ever since she was aged, she was not only whiny, but in everyone else's business. I wonder where their moral superiority came from. It definitely did NOT come from their parents or their grandparents. It's depressing to see the offspring of such a legendary, adventurous couple be so spoiled & coddled.

If Lulu actually was written with some cojones...she would have kicked Johnny to the curb way back....However...Guza doesn't like his females to have cojones. They all have to be victims in need of saving. Even strong, sexy gals like Claudia, Carly, Alexis, Sam, Kate all have to be saved at least twice a year.Currently, Sonny Just saved Claudia, and Nikolas & Edward are trying to save NuEmily.

It's not even her need to be saved. She's got this fantasy of reliving Luke & Laura. I think Guza does too. Johnny's not Luke & Lulu is most definitely NOT Laura. I don't think Ethan (her future brother/lover?) is the next Luke either. Johnny's too eager to escape his "destiny" as the head of the Zacchara crime family to be Luke. The only reason Luke left the mob (proof gangsters CAN get out of the mob) was because of Laura. Otherwise, he'd have stayed forever. The only person I think Lulu needs rescuing from is Lulu.

I think that the Lulu character began to decline when they did the abortion story. Instead of letting her be on the back burner for awhile, they had her seduce Dylan and get pregnant. As Luke and Laura's daughter, there was so much potential, but TPTB have turned Lulu into a totally unlikeable character.

She's been a brat for a while now. Your are right, this is not how the offspring of Lukie & Laura (or any Spencer) would behave.

She makes me want to turn the channel because I can't handle her whining and shrieking. ~Shudder~ She needs some sense slapped into her.

Today was yet another example of Lulu's complete cluelessness & self-centeredness. For someone who's so close with her brothers, her lack of understanding re: Johnny's relationship with Claudia is mind boggling. Maybe it's because she has yet to fully understand Johnny's life before she met him, the things that formed him. Now, Lulu's complaining because Maxie knows more about Johnny than she does. She should ask herself why that is. Probably because when Johnny talks to her, she misses not only what he's saying, but how he's saying it & his body language. It's making me wish they'd bring on a new girl for Johnny because I'm still rooting for Maxie & Spinelli. Otherwise, I'd say put him with Maxie & send Lulu on a long vacation to visit her mother. Maybe Laura could straighten her out.

Everytime she is on is wasted time. I have nothing against the actress & I think she could take LuLu to a better place. Lulu should not be a cry baby. She's a Spencer & Spencers don't act this way. I want to see a version of Luke & Laura wrapped in to one young lady. She should be the coolest & most fun girl in town. Sweet but with a tuff edge.

Unfortunately, she just gets more & more pathetic with every episode she's on. She's jealous, clingy, whiny & snarky. There is nothing of either of her parents. She was supposed to be a female version of Luke when they brought on teen Lulu. Luke is none of those things. He may be a bum, but he has more dignity in his pinky than she has in her whole body. They have ruined what started out as an interesting character & I feel sorry for Julie Berman for having to play that day in & day out. She must feel like she was robbed.

When I saw the very Spencer way she handled the whole, "Maxie going to the clubs & needing a date" thing by getting Matt to go along with it, I had hoped that was the beginning of Lulu going back to the confident, secure girl she was. Then, today happened. Her fight with Johnny was so childish, I don't blame him for wanting to dump her. She actually had the nerve to be mad at him for not telling her his sister's private business. "Oh Johnny, we used to tell each other everything." Uh! No. I never heard him tell her anything that Claudia confided in him about & he shouldn't. Lulu & Claudia don't get along & Claudia's personal life has nothing to do with Lulu. Big deal! Her boyfriend is close enough with his sister to jump when she asks for help. Then, she makes herself look even more pathetic by asking him if the real reason he was breaking up with her was to be with Maxie. Instead of saying yes (which he'll probably do), he should say, "No, I'm breaking up with you because it's against the law for me to date someone with your level of maturity."

Ditto LJ73 to every single word you said. I was also hopeful when she did the Matt/Maxie thing. I even sat up a little when she got on Nicholas' stupid azz about being with Rebecca's ridiculous azz. But then came the scene with Johnny, and oh well....everything you said.

I think my dislike for Lulu really intensed years ago the way she talked to Luke like something you scrape off the bottom of a shoe. IMO she's always been a smug, self-absorbed, cajones chaser. Lulu' problem is that she is one note until this job at Crimson which she woke up one day and wanted to be working she has always been about a boy....She didn't go to school or have any goals, aspirations, friends, interest or was shown to be anything other than what she is totally self-absorbed. I thought her Laura waking up sl would endear me to her....but it didn't...She has very little chemistry with pairings for me as well. Them keeping her eating scenary didn't help either. My favorite was always Georgie and when they had her pouring Lulu coffee at Kelky's and giving Lulu enough story for five actresses I knew then Georgie's fate...The rivalry with Maxie has gotten old for me. I think they were going for her to be reminiscent of the next generation Laura, just as Luke said she is more Spencer like....she just doesn't have the charisma or can garner the kind of empathy of Laura.I have always thought her and lLucky were "very" poorly written and never reached their full potential on the show as the next generation Spencers.

With Lucky, the downward spiral started when Helena kidnapped him & he came back as "Anger boy, Jr," the next generation after Jason. He hated his father & even after they deprogrammed him, he was whiny & self-centered. He was upset because Liz couldn't get past him cheating on her with her sister. Then, when they were married (even before his addiction), he was ridiculously jealous of every man Liz even looked at & made her life & her job more difficult. Now, he's picking fights with his brother.

Watching Lulu is much worse. I've never seen a character more ridiculous. She actually seems like she wants Johnny to be cheating on her with Maxie so she can have an excuse to whine & feel sorry for herself. And, so she can play with Ethan. I'm actually surprised she & Johnny lasted this long. He didn't have a girlfriend like Dillon did when she went after him & unlike in Logan's case, Luke wasn't holding John's father against him. In other words, beyond his looks, he didn't fit her established type.

These two are pathetic. There's nothing of either of their parents. Beyond her ability to cry over everything, I see nothing of Laura in Lulu & very little of Luke. And, Lucky isn't like either of them. Neither of them is believable as the offspring of Luke & Laura.
