  1. I am ambidextrous. I write with my left hand, but do literally everything else with my right.
  2. Turbulence on an airplane freaks me out. I attempt to play it cool, but I’m customarily ripping the metal off the armrest.
  3. Singing the acrobatic final chorus of Skid Row’s “I Remember You”, without missing a note — I consider that ridiculously cool.
  4. I was bit on the cheek by a brown recluse spider as a teenager. The scar still remains. Some say it’s heart-shaped. All I see is a dent in my face.
  5. I own 22 black T-shirts. And I can probably tell each one of them apart.
  6. I don’t drink coffee. I’ve never been able to acquire the bitter taste. (And yes, I even detest the Frappuccino.)
  7. I love coconut — the flakes, oil, meat and odor. I even tried to drink suntan lotion as a kid.
  8. The boots I wear practically every day were a gift I bought myself the day I booked PASSIONS. They were outrageously expensive for a guy who had been surviving on theme park wages for three years.
  9. I typically discipline my boys in the voice of Dr. Evil from the Austin Powers franchise. It just works. I refer to them both as Scott.
  10. I love team sports. One of my favorites is soap opera. The success of story is predicated on all of its characters, not a few. Go team!
