AMC, what are you thinking? That's what I was thinking watching today's show, in which Kendall dreamed about smooching Griffin in the living room of the house Zach built for her, on a couch where they'd made love many a time. Setting aside for the moment that she had sex with Ryan in her marital bed back in the day, this is not the way to build rooting value for Kendall and Griffin. I hope by now the "Zendall" fans know not to question my support, and I hope I'm not upsetting anyone when I say that I am not 100% opposed to Kendall having a new love interest. At some point. Done right. Done respectfully. But for the show to succeed in pairing her with someone new, whether it's Griffin or someone else, they have to win over the Kendall/Zach contingent, and today's ep was a prime example of acting like the feelings of "Zendall" fans don't matter. Um, wake-up call, AMC — that contingent is strong, vocal and pretty darn savvy; they know when their passionate devotion is being honored and when it's not! This particular scene was a total misstep on the part of the writers.
