By Lauren Flynn Kelly Posted: May 3, 2010Tonight is one of the "final three" episodes of ONE TREE HILL, a show that is dangerously teetering on the edge of cancellation (word is it's up against LIFE UNEXPECTED for a time slot next season). Last week's episode was tragically bad, yet last night I found myself extolling OTH's virtues to my husband in a hilarious debate sparked by SOAPNet's "Breakfast in Bed Marathon." Yes, this is a show that featured a dog devouring a heart transplant meant for the town villain (a clip that made it onto THE SOUP, which also paid homage to OTH with the segment "Stay Out Of It, Nick Lachey!"). But this is also the show that delivers a plethora of soap staples — comas, stalkers, ghosts and love triangles, to name a few — each season, all to a fantastic (although sometimes intrusive) soundtrack featuring everything from Fleetwood Mac to Fall Out Boy. And if that's not enough of a draw, stars Sophia Bush (Brooke) and James Lafferty (Nathan) are possibly two of the most gorgeous people on the planet. See for yourself tonight at 8 EST!
