The aftermath of Cane's death on Y&R has been truly heartbreaking as his loved ones and friends grapple with the tragedy. However, I was a little perplexed with the direction of the outpouring of grief when it seemed like everyone in Genoa City crowded into the Chancellor mansion living room to offer comfort and support to Cane's pseudo mom, Jill. While it was touching to see the wagons circling for her during such a terrible time, the same couldn't be said for poor Lily, you know, Cane's wife and the mother of his two children. She only had Neil and Devon to lean on just hours after witnessing her husband's bloody murder and seeing his body at the city morgue. How about a little more TLC for the grieving widow?
