While most of the characters in Steffy's orbit on BOLD AND BEAUTIFUL have willingly accepted that this very young woman with not that much business experience was just handed her mother's Forrester Creations shares, I'm glad that Thomas isn't just jumping on board. He's the older sibling and has had just as much experience as her at the company. Plus, Taylor's motives for passing along her shares had little to do with Steffy's business acumen, but were more about sticking it to Ridge and making her daughter feel better about being wrongly blamed for the scandalous Brooke video. Still, much as I enjoyed the scenes where Thomas confronted Taylor, I had to laugh at Ridge and Steffy's plan to "make it up" to her brother by naming Thomas Vice President. Is this how all of the positions are assigned at FC, by giving them to people as a means to make them feel better? Steffy, Stephanie and Taylor keep blaming Brooke for their company's falling numbers, but perhaps if they actually put experienced people in charge, they wouldn't have these problems!
