On Y&R, why do the writers insist on mucking up Kevin's thoroughly-entertaining mental breakdown with his delusions of different people wearing that ridiculous chipmunk mask? Every time the huge rodent head shows up, I wanna scream, "Alvin!" I can just imagine Clementine Ford's (who plays Mac) reaction when, shortly after coming to Y&R, she was told, 'Okay, in this scene, you gotta put on this." Even worse, I'm sure anyone who is checking out Y&R for the first and sees those nutty scenes just promptly tune out. The silliness of the chipmunk is eclipsing Greg Rikaart's (Kevin) stellar acting and to me, that's just road
