When I recently spoke to Lindsay Hartley (Cara, ALL MY CHILDREN), I told her I loved the way she and Michael E. Knight (Tad) click together onscreen. A lot of the fans do, too. She was tickled. "Thanks!" Hartley gushed. "It's really sweet and very nice to play, you know? We're having a really good time with it [because] it's different. I know Michael, and I know Ricky [Paull Goldin, Jake]. All three of us really want to establish the relationships between the characters," even though as actors, "We each have our own agendas/ideas [about] how we want to make the audience see the difference between Cara and Tad, and Cara and Jake." For Hartley's part, "I want [to play] the truth of why Cara loves Jake, and why she loves Tad. And I hope viewers see the difference between the two kinds of love. Like what's growing between Tad and Cara. I try to be so specific, so I'm glad you got that." On a separate note, she adds, "I'm having a blast. I love my boys! That's what I say all the time: 'I love my boys!' I couldn't be happier."
