AMC's Hartley: Having a Ball
By Michael Karol Posted: Apr 11, 2011When I recently spoke to Lindsay Hartley (Cara, ALL MY CHILDREN), I told her I loved the way she and Michael E. Knight (Tad) click together onscreen. A lot of the fans do, too. She was tickled. "Thanks!" Hartley gushed. "It's really sweet and very nice to play, you know? We're having a really good time with it [because] it's different. I know Michael, and I know Ricky [Paull Goldin, Jake]. All three of us really want to establish the relationships between the characters," even though as actors, "We each have our own agendas/ideas [about] how we want to make the audience see the difference between Cara and Tad, and Cara and Jake." For Hartley's part, "I want [to play] the truth of why Cara loves Jake, and why she loves Tad. And I hope viewers see the difference between the two kinds of love. Like what's growing between Tad and Cara. I try to be so specific, so I'm glad you got that." On a separate note, she adds, "I'm having a blast. I love my boys! That's what I say all the time: 'I love my boys!' I couldn't be happier."

Love Lindsay since Passions! Used to watch AMC years ago, now watching again. Tad was always my favorite so I'm very happy to see the two together, they make an awesome couple and I'm looking forward to watching Tad and Cara fall in love inch by inch.
Lindsay just fits into AMC perfectly and It's so obvious she enjoys being on the show. I love her and Cara both.
Team Cara/Tad!
Yuck, hate that storyline.
